Resale Certificate Forms
If you are purchasing products from 4DELTAS for resale and your business qualifies for sales tax exemption, please provide the required tax documentation so we can review and update your customer account.
Complete the submission form and upload a valid seller’s permit, resale certificate, or other state-issued tax exemption document applicable to your business.
Sales tax requirements vary by state. Documentation should only be submitted for states where your company is registered to conduct business and where a valid resale or exemption certificate is required.
What Happens After You Submit?
After receiving your documentation, the 4DELTAS team will review the information provided.
Once your tax-exempt status has been approved, your customer account will be updated so that eligible future purchases can be processed without applicable sales tax.
You will receive an email confirmation after the review has been completed.
Important: Tax exemption approval applies to eligible future orders only. Sales tax charged on orders placed before approval cannot be retroactively removed or refunded.
Required Documents by State
Please provide documentation only for the applicable state or states in which your business operates.
Florida
Businesses claiming resale exemption in Florida should upload a current Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax through the submission form.
New Mexico
New Mexico businesses should provide a valid Nontaxable Transaction Certificate (NTTC) issued by the state.
Where applicable, businesses may also complete the Border States Uniform Sale for Resale Certificate.
Maine
Businesses operating in Maine should submit a current Resale Certificate issued by Maine Revenue Services.
Where appropriate, the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate – Multijurisdiction may also be submitted.
Washington
Washington businesses should upload a valid Reseller Permit issued by the Washington State Department of Revenue.
